We heat treat parts for a wide range of industries: from automotive gearbox and brake parts to forging dies, oil, gas and petrochemical parts, the steel industry and power plants.
Automotive
For suppliers to Iranian carmakers, we heat treat parts from roughly 40 g to 30 kg, including:
- Gearbox parts for light and heavy vehicles: gears, shafts and pins
- Brake system safety parts, such as pins and caliper springs
- Engine safety parts, such as connecting rods
- Suspension parts: ball pins and ball-joint housings for light and heavy vehicles
Other industries
- Tool and die making
- Hardening and tempering of forging, die-casting and forming dies in hot-work and cold-work tool steels in our vacuum furnaces, with the die's surface and core temperatures monitored. See examples on our projects page.
- Oil, gas and petrochemicals
- Heat treatment of specialist parts for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. We also supply the specialty steels and copper alloys these industries use, including for drilling equipment.
- Steel and refractories
- Heat treatment of tool steels and parts for the steel and refractory industries.
- Power generation
- Solution treatment and ageing of nickel superalloys in our vacuum furnaces: for example, Nimonic 80A nickel-alloy bolts treated to ASTM B637.
- Special industries
- Parts for these industries are highly safety-critical and sensitive. We heat treat parts from 2 g to 500 kg to each part's requirements, for accurate results, and also advise on the choice of material and manufacturing method.
